Our in-house construction team have been working hard making immense progress on site regarding the following key construction milestones:

• Excavation complete
• In ground services now complete
• Slab on ground now complete
• Eastern and Western lift core jump form now erected
• Basement level five is now being formed up in preparation to pour slab over next month

Over the next quarter, the following project milestones will be achieved:

• Over the next few months our construction focus will be to progress the basement substructure from level five to level three
• Finalising the artist for our public art piece for the area in front of the residential lobby on McLaren Street
