Lauded as one of the developments to watch in Sydney, AURA by Aqualand launched this week with stage 1 already 70% sold.

The $1 billion luxury mixed-use residential development has been turning heads and piquing interest across the luxury property market thanks to its breathtaking views, masterful architecture, oversized floorplans, leafy surroundings and host of urban amenities. 

Two opulent sub-penthouse apartments have sold for $8 million and $8.15 million, with one snapped up by a local Mosman downsizer. Downsizers formed the bulk of the purchasers at AURA, attracted to the leafy residential location and the forecasted boom in North Sydney.
